Students and alumni may request these documents in person or by mail. Facsimile transmissions are not accepted. Employers seeking to verify the degree or attendance of a CSUN graduate, must contact the National Student Clearinghouse. This agency is authorized to provide this information on behalf of the University.
TRANSCRIPT REQUSTS
Requests In Person: Print the request form below. Bring the form, your payment and a photo ID to the Office of Admissions and Records located on campus in Bayramian Hall.

Requests By Mail: Print the request form below. Enclose the form, a check or money order made payable to “CSUN” and mail to the Office of Admissions and Records. Please allow 5-7 days to process mail requests for graduates between present and 1986. Graduates prior to 1986 may take a little longer.
Transcript Fees: - $4.00 for the first copy
- $2.00 each for copies two through ten, when ordered together
- $1.00 each for copies after eleven, when ordered together
